The MSCA-GLOPOL project, in collaboration with the MSCA National Contact Points (NCP) Network project RADIANCE, successfully organised two online sessions of the Best Practice Forum / Mutual Learning Workshop on Proposal Development and Partnership Building on 27 March and 7 April 2026, accommodating participants from different time zones.
The workshops brought together a diverse audience of MSCA National Contact Points, MCAA members, EURAXESS representatives, researchers, and research support professionals from across regions. The sessions provided a practical and interactive space for peer learning, focusing on strengthening capacities in MSCA proposal development and international partnership building.
Participants benefited from expert insights on evaluation criteria, common strengths and weaknesses in proposals, and practical strategies to support applicants throughout the proposal lifecycle. The sessions also highlighted available tools and resources developed by RADIANCE and MSCA-GLOPOL to facilitate partner search and improve proposal quality.
A key outcome of the workshops was the exchange of regional best practices and hands-on experiences, enabling participants to better understand how to build strong, balanced consortia and enhance institutional engagement in MSCA. The interactive discussions further contributed to a deeper understanding of proposal preparation, evaluation expectations, and effective support mechanisms for applicants.
Overall, the workshops strengthened the knowledge-sharing ecosystem among MSCA support actors and contributed to improving the quality and impact of future MSCA proposals across regions.
