The MSCA-GLOPOL project is organising a Regional Hybrid Event for institutions from the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region taking place on 23 October 2026, from 09:30 to 17:30 CET, in Yerevan (Armenia). The event will also be organised as part of European Researchers’ Night in Armenia.
The event will take place at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, with the possibility to participate online.
The event is addressed to National Contact Points, European Commission representatives, universities, research centres and private sector organisations from the EaP region that receive, or are eligible to receive, funding under the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) programme.
The event will introduce participants to the opportunities offered by MSCA Doctoral Networks (DN) and Staff Exchanges (SE), with a focus on funding opportunities, consortium-building and regional participation. It will also provide a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and the development of new partnerships for future MSCA applications. The event will also celebrate 30 Years of MSCA, looking at the programme’s legacy, achievements and future.
By the end of the event, participants are expected to have a better understanding of MSCA participation patterns, identify common and country-specific bottlenecks, exchange good practices and formulate practical recommendations. The regional segment will combine evidence, short country perspectives, a moderated panel and facilitated working groups so that the event produces concrete follow-up actions.
The event will be held in English and in a hybrid format.
