The “MSCA-GLOPOL regional flagship event: Strenghtening the Western Balkan Research & Innovation Ecosystem” will take place next 22 May 2026, bringing together researchers, policy-makers, and industry leaders to catalyze participation in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) across the Western Balkans.
This event, carried out at the Europa House, in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and organised by the MSCA-GLOPOL project, serves as a strategic platform to bridge the gap between regional potential and European research opportunities under the Horizon Europe framework.
MSCA in Action: Strategies, Partnerships, and Innovation
Join us for two dynamic panels bringing together NCPs, research support experts, project coordinators, and private sector representatives to explore how to make the most of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
The first panel offers a practical roadmap for regional participation, sharing real experiences on institutional strategies, support frameworks, and the keys to successful proposal preparation and project implementation.
The second panel spotlights the business case for MSCA, showcasing how SMEs and Science Parks can drive innovation through academic collaboration — from knowledge transfer to science-to-business ecosystems and secondment opportunities.
The event is public and open to the public, please register here.
