The main objective of the online Info Day is to strengthen Algeria’s participation in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, with a particular focus on the Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) scheme, while also providing participants with an overview of the other MSCA funding opportunities. As the MSCA programme remains relatively new to many universities, public administrations, and both academic and non-academic organisations in Algeria, this information session, scheduled for 20 May 2026, aims to raise awareness of Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF). The session will provide guidance on participation opportunities, funding mechanisms, and the benefits of international research collaboration under Horizon Europe.
Organisers and supporting partners
The event is organised in close cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algeria, the European Commission Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture, and the MSCA-GLOPOL project, with the support of national and international stakeholders involved in research and innovation cooperation.

The event is intended for universities, research organisations, doctoral schools, public administrations, academic and non-academic institutions, researchers at all career stages, and stakeholders involved in research training and international cooperation in Algeria.
