MSCA Doctoral Networks Webinar for Institutions from Australia & New Zealand – 14 May 2026

The GLOPOL-MSCA project, in collaboration with EURAXESS Australia & New Zealand, is organising a dedicated webinar on 14 May 2026 at 17:00 (Sydney time) for institutions from Australia and New Zealand to raise awareness of the opportunities offered by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Networks under Horizon Europe.

The session will provide a comprehensive overview of the scheme, whose objective is to implement doctoral programmes through partnerships of organisations from different sectors across Europe and beyond, in order to train highly skilled doctoral candidates, stimulate their creativity, enhance their innovation capacities, and boost their long-term employability. It will highlight how organisations from Australia and New Zealand can engage as partners in these networks, contributing to the training of a new generation of researchers.

Through a practical and informative approach, the webinar aims to clarify participation modalities and funding rules for third countries, while offering strategic insights into building competitive consortia with European partners. The session will also emphasise the long-term benefits of MSCA Doctoral Networks, including strengthening institutional research capacity, fostering global collaboration, and enhancing career prospects for doctoral candidates. By targeting universities, research organisations, and industry stakeholders, the webinar seeks to expand participation from the region and reinforce links between the European Research Area and the research ecosystems in Australia and New Zealand.

This free webinar is directed at international office staff, science, technology, and innovation institutional representatives and researchers based in Australia & New Zealand.

Seats are limited and will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
