As part of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) Annual Conference 2026, the MSCA-GLOPOL Policy Impact Day Summit will bring together leading voices from research, policy, and innovation to strengthen the connection between scientific excellence and global policymaking.
Taking place on 25 April 2026 in Brussels, this inaugural summit is organised within the framework of the MSCA-GLOPOL project (Global Cooperation: Policy Enhancement and Strategic Promotion). It aims to leverage the expertise of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) alumni and stakeholders to shape evidence-based policies and foster international collaboration.
The event will convene around 100 participants, including representatives from the European Commission, policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, MCAA Chapters, Regional Liaison Officers (RLOs), and National Contact Points (NCPs). Together, they will engage in high-level discussions and collaborative exchanges to enhance the global impact of MSCA.

Assess the current landscape of bilateral and bi-regional research and innovation cooperation, highlighting areas where participation does not yet reflect shared priorities. - Strengthen synergies
