The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Best Practice Forum 2: Compliance, Administration and Going Beyond will take place online on 12 May 2026 (08:00–09:30 CET) and will be repeated on 14 May 2026 (17:00–18:30 CET) to ensure broad international participation.
Organised within the framework of the MSCA-GLOPOL project, this expert-level forum is designed specifically for institutional stakeholders, including research support offices, grants managers, and administrative, legal, and financial staff involved in MSCA projects. The forum aims to address administrative, financial, and compliance-related challenges that may hinder participation in MSCA, while equipping institutions with practical tools to manage these requirements effectively.
The session will focus on key EU horizontal requirements, including gender equality, open science, and research ethics, alongside financial reporting, audit readiness, and legal obligations under Horizon Europe. Participants will gain practical insights into navigating these frameworks and strengthening institutional systems for long-term MSCA engagement.
Bringing together experienced practitioners and experts from relevant European bodies, the forum will offer hands-on guidance, real-case examples, and practical resources to support institutions in improving compliance practices. Contributions will cover financial management, intellectual property, data management, and compliance frameworks under Horizon Europe.
By fostering stronger administrative capacity and promoting best practices, the forum will contribute to enhancing the quality and sustainability of institutional participation in MSCA projects worldwide.
