About the webinar
The MSCA Staff Exchange call is now open, until 16 April 2026. It promotes innovative international, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration in research and innovation through exchanging staff and sharing knowledge and ideas at all stages of the innovation chain. The scheme funds short-term exchanges of research staff based in Europe and beyond, enabling staff members to benefit from new knowledge, skills and career development while participating organisations increase their research and innovation capacities.
This webinar will provide the following information:

Who should attend?
Are you permanent scientific and/or technical staff from an institution planning to apply for the 2026 MSCA-Staff Exchanges call? Looking for a partner organisation in Europe and/ or Ukraine?
From Europe: The webinar is open to European academic and non-academic stakeholders who would like to enhance their organisation’s innovation capacity through interdisciplinary and intersectoral collaboration with Ukrainian partners
From Ukraine: The webinar is open to all Ukrainian scientific and/or technical staff members who plan to engage in a collaborative project with European colleagues.
How will the ‘Brokerage Event’ take place?
Flash Presentations of Project Ideas
Pitch your proposal idea or showcase your expertise to participating organisations.
Participants seeking partners or wishing to join a consortium will have a unique opportunity to present their organisations, project ideas, and/or expertise to the audience through a brief oral presentation (1–2 PowerPoint slides, maximum 5 minutes).
Selection criteria for flash presentations will follow this order of preference:
- Expertise requested by European potential coordinators and partners interested in expanding a consortium
- Expertise offered by Ukrainian potential partners interested in joining a consortium
Please note that these pitches are institution-based; expressions of interest submitted as individuals will not be accepted.
