Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchanges for Research Institutions from Chile and Mexico

The GLOPOL-MSCA project is pleased to invite research institutions, universities, and private sector organisations based in Mexico and Chile to a dedicated webinar on the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Staff Exchanges 2026 Call. This session aims to raise awareness about how these exchanges foster international collaboration by enabling the mobility of academic, technical, and administrative staff. By aligning with the “Stronger Europe in the world” priority, this event highlights the vital role of international cooperation in tackling global challenges and reinforcing the scientific base through high-quality knowledge diffusion.

The heart of this webinar lies in its practical approach; we will move beyond technical guidelines to share real-life testimonials from institutions that have successfully navigated the programme. Participants will gain first-hand insights into the benefits of pooling global talent and resources to access new markets and value chains. Whether you are a newcomer to Horizon Europe or looking to expand your existing networks, this session will provide the clarity needed on participation rules for non-associated high-income third countries and the strategic impact of creating joint global partnerships.

The webinar, “MSCA Staff Exchanges for Research Institutions from Chile and Mexico,” will take place on 5 February 2026 as an online event. It is organised by the MSCA-GLOPOL project.

The event is aimed at researchers, international office staff, and science, technology and innovation (STI) institutional representatives based in Mexico, Chile, and other Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries that are no longer eligible to receive funding from Horizon Europe.

Key topics will include MSCA Staff Exchanges eligibility for LAC entities, the focus of upcoming calls, and case studies showcasing successful implementation.

The webinar will be held in Spanish and is open to all interested research entities.

Registration is available at https://bit.ly/GLOPOL_MSCASE_MEX_CL.
