The MSCA Spotlight on Cofund online event was successfully held on 21st of January 2026 , bringing together members of the Swiss research and innovation community to explore opportunities under Horizon Europe. Organised in close cooperation with the Swiss MSCA NCPs Dr. Isabelle Spühler and Dr. Marco Cavallaro from Euresearch and Dr. Juliane Sauer from the MSCA-GLOPOL project, the online event attracted strong interest in the Swiss research community. The audience was predominantly from academic institutions, in particular also many research managers took part.
The one-hour event aimed to raise awareness of the COFUND call of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). Participants received up-to-date information about the Cofund novelties and insight into coordination best practice as well as helpful tips from an evaluator.
The event served as an important capacity-building for applicants interested in submitting a Cofund proposal to Horizon Europe.
